In advance of the rebranding and relaunch of blinkbox music, I was charged with developing onsite copy in keeping with the tone of voice associated with blinkbox.com.
Reporting to the brand director, I helped develop the brand book and tone of voice for this new brand, blinkbox music. After extensive user testing, I developed initial copy for all onsite messaging, from the welcome page, through registration and validation to mouse-over tool tips and FAQs. I also devised copy principles for ongoing reference.
